This is a good and cheap primer that last for only 3.00 this is a good deal to me i think in general e.l.f is giving decent quality makeup on the Cheap! i have tried urban decay pp (which is 20 bucks by the time they add tax!) and this is just as good if not better when used right i will buy this again give it a try :)
